Family Visit

I'm really excited! We just bought the plane tickets for our visit to Northern Ireland for Christmas!!! Geoff found an airline that flies directly from Orlando to Dublin non stop! That means no lay overs, no changing planes, no running between terminals! Yay! And it was for a good price too! Well, as good a price as overseas tickets can be.

My husband's mom and dad are coming to visit! They arrive on Sunday and will be with us for a week! Since they live in Northern Ireland so we don't get to see them very often. We always enjoy the time that we do have with them.

Here are some of my favorite pictures with them...
This one was taken in April 2006. We were on a river boat on the St. Johns river. Elijah wasn't even three months old yet. This was the first time he met his grandparents on his daddy's side.

This one is also from that visit in April '06. Ah, good times.

The rest of these pictures were taken this past June when we went to visit them in N.I.
I love this picture of Elijah with his grandad!! They were out in the garden digging in the dirt together and working their beautiful flower magic. Maybe Elijah will pick up some green thumb talents from his grandad!
We can't leave Rachel out. She my dear sister in law and a great Auntie to Elijah! Unfortunately she's not coming with her parents this week. We'll miss you Rachel, but we'll see you in December!
I'm not sure why this picture makes me laugh... maybe it's the look on Rachel's face. She's trying so hard to look innocent but you can be sure she's up to something!
Ok, i'll try to get some recent pictures up soon. We haven't really done much lately worth taking pictures of. I'll be sure to take pictures next week!
