Kenai Weekend

Friday night after Geoff got home from work we loaded up and headed three hours out of town to the Kenai peninsula for our 4th annual dip netting weekend. It's so much work but also a lot of fun.

Early morning catch. This was Saturday morning.

For Mom.

I don't know how he stayed in that freezing cold water for so long!

Marianne is a filleting master.

This lovely beach area is right in front of the house we stayed in.
The kids loved playing in the sand.
I loved the view of the mountains across the water.

Taking a ride from the house we stayed in down the beach a bit to the fishing area.

We came home with thirty nine salmon!
Great job Geoff!

The following photos are a few photos from others over the weekend.
