Thunder Bird Falls Hike

Once a week we join some friends for a hike. With each week being a different place. 

A couple weeks ago we went to Thunder Bird Falls. 

We bring a pack lunch and stop to eat along the way.

Wild roses were growing everywhere in those woods!

This child of mine, he lives life to the fullest. 

He doesn't let a little ice cold water and the risk of getting water in his boots keep him from crossing the stream. In the next photo of him you'll see he's lost his shoes and is running around in his socks.
