As a homeschooling mama I'm always on the look out for great educational books.
We visit our local library regularly to borrow books but there's something about seeing a shelf full of good books available at home that makes me so happy.
Our school curriculum this year uses a couple of the Usborne books. For History we're going through the Usborne book of World History and Elijah always asks to keep reading.
Another favorite is the Usborne World of Animals book.
It's packed full of beautiful pictures of amazing animals from all over the world.
I like how the animals are categorized according to where they live in the world.
Right now we are reading about North America specifically the page on the Florida Everglades.
A few weeks ago I placed an order and was really happy with each of the books.
They are excellent books with their bright colors, beautiful pictures and durable pages.
The Wild West and First Americans books are for next year when we study American History.
Raising book lovers!
I will be hosting an online book party during the week of September 16th-20th, and you''re invited!
