The best kind of evening...

Over the weekend two of my oldest friends and their families gathered here at our little house to celebrate Christmas.
Thanks Rachel for taking the group photos for us!
We had a nice dinner together.
Geoff made curry and rice, Sherri brought a delicious salad and toppings and Brittany brought a yummy dessert and drinks.

After dinner the kids got to open some gifts.

Miss Ella helped Ethan open his twilight turtle which he loves to take to bed with him. It changes colors and shines stars all over the room. Ella has one like it and the boys just fell in love with it when we were visiting in back in June.

Ella opening a tea set from Auntie Sherri.

Elijah was thrilled with a fishing pole and tackle box from Auntie Brittany!

Who can spot the Jojo in the mess? :)

Great evening with great friends.

How fun! It is so good to keep these relationships alive even as your families grow. Its not easy so you are to be commended!

So fun! I saw your photo of Ethan sleeping with his turtle the other day and I thought it was so cute!

Miss Ella! She's a doll - she offsets the testosterone of those 4 boys.

Love you!
