Our Trip

Remember how I said the boys were great travlers?

Famous last words...

20 minuets into the two day trip this little man starts to say "It's sooo yong!" (it's so long) and "What can i do?"

That's him at a rest stop in Georgia picking up pecans.

This was my view most of the trip...

The back of the rented Budget truck Geoff was driving.

He got to ride all by himself in a nice quiet truck while mom and I entertained these two cranky kiddos...

Ethan seriously ate the whole way. If he wasn't eating he was fussing or sleeping.

Oh and Elijah just loves the snow!

I am so very grateful to my mom for taking the time to drive out here with us!
I couldn't have done it with out her!

 Thank you, Mom!

Finally! We're here!

I have more to share but Geoff took the boys outside so I could have some peace to unpack here so i'd better get to work!

Thank you so much for your kind comments and prayers for us during this time. We really appreciate each one of you!

Too bad the back of that moving van did not have a big screen TV so you could watch as you drove! You know they make those now! Glad you all are safe and sound there. Love you guys!

SO glad you made it! What a blessing to have your mom with you..whew! At first I thought you were all alone in the car and was so nervous for you! :-) I bet it was long and hard too, I can totally undestand that with a baby especially! Glad you are safe and happy now!

Just think of the fun Geoff could have had with Elijah riding shotgun! It would have been cool bonding time!

Glad you made it safely and hope you all adjust. Will the boys be in childcare in the mornings?
