A Beautiful Week

Our little man is one week old today!

Here are some pictures from this morning on his one week birthday...

Elijah is still excited and loves on Ethan any chance he gets. I'm so glad he's happy and excited about the baby and not jealous of him. One of the sweetest things i've seen this week is when Ethan is crying and Elijah holds him and says, "Don't cry, don't cry. I'm here!" Just melts my heart!

These photos are absolutely adorable. I can't imagine that Elijah will have jealousy problems because you are so good at including him and as long as you continue to include him, he will do fine. Usually, it's the little ones who aren't included with the new baby activities that have the jealousy problems.

You have two beautiful little boys. God bless you, Melissa.

Wow, a week already! I cannot believe it...time flies by way to fast! Very sweet about Elijah taking care of Ethan. The age gap you have between your kiddos is so great because Elijah is able to feel like he is a part and can help take care of him. Like the previous post said, you are so good at giving Elijah the attention and energy that he needs. Sweet pics too!!

Happy One-Week Ethan! And Elijah, you are a wonderful big brother!

Liss, I love you all and miss these sweet boys and their sweet parents!
Oh, it makes me so excited to see all of our families grow! You are truly an inspiring Mommy that makes us all see how Mother is such a sacred, special job and calling in a woman's life!

Melissa, that made me want to cry! I am so happy for you guys. Isn't it wonderful to see them together. I am so glad that he loves him and isn't jealous. God really hears our prayers. That is what I prayed for when I was pregnant with Chaella, and Josiah loved her from the moment she arrived too. Elijah looks so happy with Ethan. So wonderful.
PS. I have no idea what I am doing, so I don't know if this comment is going to show up from me and all in one piece or not...time will tell. :)
