Saturday found us driving an hour north of Anchorage to Wasilla to visit our friends Paul and Jessica.
The drive alone was worth it.
It was great fun to see our friends again after so long!
We all piled into their truck and drove a bit father up in the mountains to Hatcher's Pass.
There's an old mine up here but it was still closed so we didn't get to see it that day.
We'll have to come back and explore it some more!
This boy needs a dog of his own. He loved running around with Bella all afternoon!
Every bolder and hill became a challenge that had to be conquered.
Boys are fun!
The drive home flew by with views like this...
