It's starting to look alot like...

...Alaska!

Alaska finally got some snow on the last day of November.

Yay!

It's looking like Alaska in the winter now. :)

Thanksgiving day we spent in Wasilla with our friends Paul and Jessica.

I got to talk to my mom and Grammy over the phone on the hour drive up to Wasilla.

Paul and Jessica have a black lab that the boys just adore and enjoyed playing with.

The guys also went out and did some four-wheeling.

Paul dug out and hooked up their Nintendo games for the boys once it got dark outside (around four o'clock). They got to play Mario for the first time ever.

 Dinner Time!

We spent the night at Paul and Jessica's. This is their view and the sunrise the next morning was beautiful. The pink only lasted a few minuets and then it was gone. This was taken around ten o'clock Friday morning.

We had a really good time.

From there we drove another half an hour to Big Lake and met up with some folks for the rest of Friday and Saturday.

It was really nice to get out of the city for a few days and relax with the family.

There's some pretty awesome people up here and we've been blessed to get to know some of them.
