A year ago my sister started a mom's support group for our area.
We meet at a local park once a month.
This month marked our one year anniversary since we started so we had a little celebration.
We had a couple local business come and share with us.
They brought samples! :)
We also had a surprise party for this mama and her newest little girl.
These two decided to end the party with an ice dip.
Apparently they know an ice bath can be beneficial for healing soar muscles. They must have played hard at the park. :)
