Belfast Christmas Market

Welcome to the Belfast International Christmas Market!

Situated in front of the city hall and next to the Belfast wheel the Christmas market is a festive place to visit. With dozens of stalls from around the world selling everything from woolen hats and African drums to German bratwursts there's some thing there for everyone!

Oh you should smell the delicious smells coming from this tent...

It was a chilly but beautiful day. Donna picked up the boys and I and we took the bus into Belfast and walked to the market.

It was so much fun! We really enjoyed our time wandering around the stalls tasting some of the yummy food. You wouldn't believe some of the interesting food that you could get there! That will be another post in itself!

Elijah being the true country boy that he is got a little overwhelmed and annoyed at the crowds. Here he is telling me to stop taking his picture and look at the birds!

We found a quite spot for him to run around for a bit next to the market at the war memorial.

Look who finally woke up!
This little guy took a nice long nap in his stroller.
Good thing you woke up Ethan! Because you're about to meet...

Santa!

Neither one looks too enthusiastic though!

Santa pulled a gift for each of the boys out of that big blue bag at his side. After Elijah said "That was fun meeting Santa!"

Soon the dark evening was closing in and it was our time to take the bus back home.

Thank you Donna for the lovely day out! We really enjoyed it!

Just wait till you see all interesting food in the next post!

I missed this post somehow!

Both posts are great - I want to come to the market - I would be with you on the mild side of the curries and Uncle Tim would be with Geoff!

What a lovely day you had with Donna - she is a lucky lady to have spent the whole day with you and the boys.
