The Answer is...

... a pink wand from a bottle of bubbles!

Thank you for playing along and guessing at the mystery photo!

We started out with the pink bubble wand of endless entertainment. But soon this mommy was getting light headed from all the blowing she was doing. (I'll have to get my flute out and start doing long tones again to get my lungs back in shape!)

Anyway, i remembered that Ruth had given Elijah a bubble machine a while back and we finally got batteries so I dug it out and put the batteries in and voila! Bubbles without having to blow! A wonderful invention if you ask me!

Elijah was thrilled with getting so many bubbles at once...

Little Ethan even got in on the fun...

Rachel had invited us up for a dinner of Mexican food in honor of Cinco de Mayo Monday evening so we took the bubble machine or "bubble washing machine" as Big E calls it, up to their house.
Those pictures are coming up next!

Whoa. That is a serious amount of bubbles.

And don't worry. I don't think I could do long tones again if my life depended on it. Those were the days!

Lots and lots of bubbles!

Wonder what my teenagers would think if I got some bubble stuff??

Oh well, even if that ship has sailed for us one day, Lord willing, there will be grandchildren to blow bubbles with.

That is PURE DELIGHT written all over Big E's face!!! I love it!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! I've started letting my little girl play with bubbles in the bathroom before bathtime. She is trying to blow the bubbles herself. It is adorable and very fun, just very messy ;o) So this way her clothes don't get as dirty as working at making bubbles outside..
