Ormond Beach

Some friends of ours let us spend the day at their condo in Ormond Beach yesterday. My mom, Elijah and I went down for the afternoon and Geoff joined us later. Elijah had fun running and playing with his grandma. We spent some time in the pool then went down to the ocean for a walk. We met a local sand artist named Dave. He sitting in the sand making a beautiful dolphin. He says it is his gift to the community. It was really neat! He pointed us down the beach to where he had done another carving earlier.
That night we left the door to the balcony open and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. We had to leave this morning to get back for Geoff's physical therapy appointment.
