While I wait for Elijah to wear himself out enough to take a nap I thought i'd post some pictures from this last week. Right now he's too wound up from our morning out with a bunch of other toddlers. He won't even sit still to eat lunch! So i'm waiting a little while before I try to lay him down for a nap.
All wrapped up, snuggly and pink after a bath.
My dad came over for dinner Saturday night since my mom and brother were out of town. Elijah loves looking at magazines and reading books with him. When Elijah was really little he would crawl over to Grandpa's big comfy chair and they would flip through hunting and fishing magazines together.
It's amazing what pipe cleaners and pom poms can make. =) This morning I took Elijah to a Mom and Me Art class here in town. I thought he might be too little for it but I thought i'd go and check it out anyway. Most of the kids were his age so he fit right in! They could make either a spider or a monkey... ours looks more like a spider monkey!
After the class we all went to the park outside and we both made some new friends.
Ok, I think Elijah is ready for his nap now.

I agree with your sentiment!!
I love bath time pictures!! Elijah is squeaky clean and you can just squeeze him in his little towel!!
He is so photogenic!!
Looking at pictures of Elijah makes me homesick thinking of all the milestones I’m missing, the memories we could be making. But at the same time this blog is my solace.
I miss you Elijah!!! (:Crystal:)
Hi, I just found your blog. It is soo sweet. Elijah is a doll. I'll be back.
Love the picture of Grandpa and Elijah!
Oh by the way, I have given you a blog award! Check out my blog to see!
Those are great pictures. I am jealous of the playground pics. I loved taking my children to playgrounds when they were little. The moms would chat and the kids would wear themselves out for a great afternoon nap!
