Thanksgiving Day!

Wake up Dad! It's my first Thanksgiving! It's time to rise and shine!

Daddy stayed up most of the night getting the stuffing and turkey ready and in the oven. He finally got to bed for a couple of hours right before mommy and I got up! Mommy and I watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade together then started getting the food ready. We made sweet potato cassarole. I say "we" because I tried to help her. See the pictures below show me helping...

I found the pots and pans for you mommy!

Do you need a wisk mom? I've got one if you need it.

And i helped "dry" the dishes.

This was the group that came over for dinner. Lots of fun, laughter and of course eating!

I just wanted to thank the Lord for all the wonderful blessings that He has so richly blessed us with! This was a very special day for us as a family. Our first one with our son and it was great to have a huge table full of friends to share the day with. So much fun. Thank you Lord!
